Nearly 90 high-tech companies from Shenzhen showcased their latest products and technological innovations at the Indonesia International Electronics & Smart Applications Expo (IEAE) in Jakarta, Indonesia recently.
Jointly organized by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Shenzhen Municipal Committee and Guangdong Chaoyu Expo Co., the IEAE featured a wide range of products, including mobile electronics and phone accessories, computer and gaming products, smart wearable devices, intelligent home appliances, and electronic devices and components, that demonstrated the manufacturing strength of Shenzhen in the consumer electronics and home appliance sectors.
As one of the largest consumer electronics expos in Indonesia with more than 10,000 square meters of exhibition space, the IEAE attracted more than 300 exhibitors from around the world and 460,000 professional buyers from Indonesia and neighboring ASEAN countries.
Products from Shenzhen Zhilian Shengya Electronics Technology, which specializes in the R&D and manufacturing of smart wearable devices, were highly favored by buyers due to their fashionable designs and powerful health monitoring functions.
During the exhibition, Zhilian Shengya reached a preliminary cooperation agreement with a large local retailer in Indonesia that will help the company tap into the Indonesian market, according to the person in charge of the company.
Shenzhen Ruichuang Technology, another member of the Shenzhen delegation to the fair, also garnered attention with its high-efficiency, stable, and easy-to-carry mobile power supply solutions that cater to consumer demand in Indonesia and other Southeast Asian countries.
