一、申請(qǐng)人必須保證如實(shí)、正確、完整地填寫(xiě)申請(qǐng)表的內(nèi)容。

(The applicant must ensure that the application form is filled out truthfully, correctly and completely.)


二、申請(qǐng)人所持護(hù)照有效、完整，有空白簽證頁(yè)。

(The passport held by the applicant is valid and complete with blank visa pages.)


三、所申請(qǐng)簽證證件的有效期和出入境次數(shù)，以簽發(fā)機(jī)關(guān)的批準(zhǔn)結(jié)果為準(zhǔn)。

(The validity period and the number of entry and exit times of the visa document applied for shall be subject to the approval result of the issuing authority)


四、根據(jù)《中華人民共和國(guó)出境入境管理法》規(guī)定，公安機(jī)關(guān)出入境管理機(jī)構(gòu)作出的不予辦理普通簽證延期、換發(fā)、補(bǔ)發(fā)，不予辦理外國(guó)人停留居留證件、不予延長(zhǎng)居留期限的決定為最終決定。

(Decisions made by the Exit-Entry Administration of Public Security department on rejecting applications for visa extension or reissuance, or on not issuing foreigners’ stay or residence permits or not extending the duration of residence shall be final according to the "People's Republic of China Exit and Entry Administration Law".)


五、預(yù)約申請(qǐng)成功取得編號(hào)后，即可按照預(yù)約時(shí)間前往辦理地點(diǎn)遞交申請(qǐng)材料。
