We will enhance the development of monitoring and early warning technology equipment, emergency response and rescue technology equipment, efficient energy-saving technology equipment, and advanced environmental protection equipment. We will strengthen the comprehensive utilization of solid waste and vigorously develop the safety, energy-saving, and environmental protection service industry. The production and supply system of safety emergency materials and the green production and consumption system will be improved. We will support the establishment of aggregation areas in Luohu, Bao’an, Longgang, Longhua, Guangming and Shenshan Special Cooperation Zone to provide guarantees for building urban resilience.
